How does it work?


Start by getting in touch with us via escape@cluequest.co.uk with as much information as possible.
Ideally this would include an approximate number of attendees as well as your start and finish times.


Feel free to add any other information such as special requirements and event objectives. Don’t worry too much about how to word it. We know some companies like to automate this kind of thing, but let us assure you each e-mail is carefully read by an attentive and friendly staff member.

Pricing: £1,165 p/h + VAT

Minimum 2 hour bookings. Please factor in time for arrival and to set up/take down equipment.

Why should we book it?

We’re dedicated to getting you what you need for your event. If you’re not sure if we can provide something, don’t hesitate to ask. The odds suggest that our experienced team will have heard the question before, and will be equipped to find you the answer. To give you an idea, below is a list of things that we are flexible on:


To use our meeting space most efficiently, you’ll be able to choose from our bank of room layouts. Great for organising ice-breaker games, screenings or brainstorms.


While we do not provide food ourselves, we’re experienced in dealing with third parties who can deliver food to the venue. Whether you take a recommendation from us or plan it yourselves, we’ll be on standby to make sure the drop-off runs smoothly.

Garden space

A small outdoor space is available to use for refreshments or smokers. Want to fill it with, say, an activity or your company’s promotional material? That too can be arranged.


You’re also able to customise your event duration and build your own game schedule. For example, you may want the games to overlap or to end early to make room for a meeting or a celebratory drink.
